You have 48 hours from the time QC photos are uploaded to review them. If you are not satisfied with an item after seeing its QC photos, you can request a no-reason return for that item within the 48-hour review window: we return the item and refund that item's cost. Any return shipping or other cost charged by the seller may be deducted from the refund.

Once you approve your items or the 48-hour review window ends, your parcel is consolidated and handed to international shipping. After your parcel enters international transit, the no-reason return window is closed.
